The partnership was formalised during thesession "Unlocking Value with Emerging Technologies in Freight Forwarding" at the 2026 FIATA HQ Meeting in Geneva. As delays continue to disrupt logistics operations worldwide, the collaboration enables freight forwarders to better manage business interruption risks linked to delayed cargo,across air, ocean, and eCommerce parcel shipments.
FIATA Members can now access Otonomi's cargo delay solution directly on the official partnership page on the Otonomi website, where they can request a quote in seconds. By entering core shipment information,including Air Waybill or Bill of Lading details, Otonomi's proprietary algorithms evaluate potential delays across routes, carriers and schedules,generating a digital quote instantly, without paperwork or manual underwriting.Members can select their preferred delay trigger (from 3 to 24 hours) and coverage limit, with policy terms confirmed and issued digitally.
